Fascino Bespoke is a Hong Kong company with our store at Unit 1002, 10/F, Kimberley Plaza, 45-47 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. We reserve the right to update these terms.

2. Website Usage

You must be 18 years or older to shop and agree to provide accurate information.

3. Products & Orders

• Product images are for reference only.
• MTM and Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Ready-to-wear items are subject to stock availability.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and other secure payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and worldwide.
• Local pickup in Tsim Sha Tsui is free.
• International delivery usually takes 5-14 working days.

6. Returns & Alterations

• Ready-to-wear items: 14-day return/exchange policy (must be unworn with original packaging).
• MTM & Bespoke: No returns or exchanges.
• One free alteration within 3 months of collection (customer pays round-trip shipping).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to Fascino Bespoke and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
